Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley does not talk about her parents but her grandmother, who was a well-known bodybuilder back in the 30s and 20s has been credited for inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley is active physically from the time she was a young girl. She started swimming lessons at age four, and continued for the next 10 years. The fact that she did not adhere to eating a strict diet, meant she was not able to compete in many events. The attractive look of her and curvy physique made her popular during her high school years. But it is unknown whether Ashley was ever involved with someone at the time. Following her graduation, Ashley chose not to go on in college and instead concentrate on her work as being a fitness model. Ashley was only 15 years old older when she realized that her body wasn't her ideal body. In the direction of her grandpa, she decided to join the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she would be spending the next 9 years sculpting her figure and steadily becoming an fitness model. Ashley was enthused by her success in her 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships took seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued training hard. Ashley participated in her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and was in fifth place. When this event was over, Ashley opted to not continue competing. The competition was offering photoshoots while she was competing, but didn't want to combine her career, however when she stopped competing she decided to go on to be an exercise model. She was featured on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine, which began her journey as an exercise model after she was able to join an agency that deals in modeling. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has been featured in a variety of bikinis and clothing firms and is featured in the front cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine.
