Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani is among the richest and most well-known Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th February, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. In the classic cult movie Shottas he starred opposite Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where he released his first album With Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles including Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) and Who The Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. The majority of them contributed to his growing popularity with the younger generation of reggae musicians. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell of Fugees to record Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant. The song became a massive hit in 1997. Marley made his first appearance at Midem which is an international festival of music which was held in Miami. Marley did a performance in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live in 36 different countries. Marley came to be the target of a bidding war. He joined Gee Street/V2 Record
